Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. Ability to independently drive workstreams from problem definition through implementation while proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Strong understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and modern technology ecosystems. Hands-on experience with technologies such as Python, SQL or similar technologies. Experience designing, building, or implementing AI-enabled solutions, automations, data products, prototypes, or technical proofs of concept. Exposure to proposal development, client presentations, or business development activities. Relevant certifications in AI, cloud technologies, analytics, data platforms, or project management. Experience operating within a high-growth consulting, technology, or professional services environment.
