Main Responsibilities : Define, deploy and develop QSE policy in line with the Group's strategic objectives. Oversee the entire Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO50001, etc.). Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, as well as corrective and preventive actions. Support subsidiaries in implementing QSE/ESG best practices and achieving objectives. Develop the QSE/ESG culture at all levels of the organization through awareness-raising and training initiatives. Monitor and analyze QSE performance indicators to propose levers for improvement. Monitor regulations and standards on an ongoing basis.
