Main Responsibilities : As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and delivering process studies related to mineral processing and beneficiation projects, from design through commissioning. Lead process studies in mineral processing, hydrometallurgy and/or extractive metallurgy. Develop flowsheets, material balances and equipment sizing. Analyze laboratory/pilot test results and contribute to the development of industrial solutions. Work across the different project phases: pre-feasibility, feasibility and detailed engineering. Contribute to technical specifications, tender documents and CAPEX/OPEX estimates. Participate in commissioning, performance monitoring and plant optimization. Provide technical expertise to project teams and Group subsidiaries. Required Skills : Expertise in mineral processing engineering. Strong knowledge of mineral processing, hydrometallurgy and/or extractive metallurgy. Proficiency in simulation, modeling and equipment sizing tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical leadership skills. Education Experience : Engineering degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering, including significant experience in mineral processing and beneficiation. Proven experience in leading process studies, equipment sizing and optimization of industrial plants. Experience in a mining environment and on complex industrial projects is highly desirable. Position based in Casablanca.
