Main Responsibilities : Prepare and maintain workstation master images to ensure standardization and reliability of user environments. Package applications and software for mass or on-demand deployment through SCCM and/or MDM solutions. Ensure the monitoring of security patches and operating system updates across endpoints. Administer SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions for IT asset management. Develop and promote the use of collaborative tools, including Microsoft 365 and videoconferencing solutions. Handle Level 2 (N2) incidents and ensure timely resolution in line with service expectations. Contribute to problem management through the analysis of recurring incidents and root cause identification. Support and assist Level 1 (N1) support technicians. Required Skills : Strong knowledge of endpoint environments, computer hardware, Windows, and Linux systems. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools and videoconferencing solutions. Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions. Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively. Strong documentation and procedure formalization skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines in an operational environment. Academic Background Experience : Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems Networks, with 5 to 10 years of experience in endpoint environments and workstation management, as well as proven expertise in SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions.
