Main responsibilities : Participate in the development of budgets in coordination with various stakeholders; Contribute to the preparation and analysis of activity-based costs; Assist in setting up and updating dashboards and performance indicators (KPI); Contribute to analyzing gaps between forecasts and actuals, and propose corrective actions; Participate in specific studies and provide technical support to internal and external teams (auditors, controllers, etc.); Participate in producing regular reports on activities (mines, plants, support functions) to monitor performance and identify improvement areas. Required Skills: Strong command of Excel and ease with management tools or ERP systems; Strong analytical and synthesis abilities; Team spirit, rigor, and organizational skills; Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to an industrial environment; Good interpersonal skills and clear communication. Academic Background Experience: Degree in General Engineering or Master’s in Business/Finance (Grande École). Three to four years of experience in management control and operational performance management in an industrial environment. Position based in Rabat, Morocco.
