Previous experience in process engineering within an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment. Practical experience with automated manufacturing and robot-assisted production systems. Experience with automated spindle painting processes is highly desirable. Knowledge and practical experience in high-pressure forming and IML injection molding. Responsibilities Manage and optimize automated spindle painting processes, including process parameters, equipment performance Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and process stability.
