Projects and initiatives: You support sustainability projects and cross-functional initiatives, with a particular focus on the program planning and organization of our Community Day, a major group-wide social engagement event. Data analysis and reporting: You collect, maintain, validate, and analyze sustainability data and KPIs. You also contribute to the further development of data management processes and ESG /non-financial reporting, for example in line with CSRD/ESRS requirements. Process optimization: You identify opportunities for improvement and support their implementation, particularly through the use of AI, for example by helping to develop semi-automated internal reporting solutions. Climate strategy: You support the preparation of the Corporate Carbon Footprint and contribute to the implementation of our climate strategy and targets. Stakeholder communication: You prepare sustainability-related content for internal communications, intranet pages, presentations, and other formats, tailoring information to different target audiences.
