Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily procurement of designated project materials, comparative analysis and price negotiation on supplier's quotation and cost control, preparation of Purchase Orders/ Contracts, follow-up orders and verification of supplier invoices.
- Preparation of Annual Term Contracts with suppliers, including RFQ, analysis and make recommendations to Management
- Coordinate with suppliers to get the best pricing, timely delivery and quality products.
- Coordinate with Project Team and suppliers to determine product specification requirements and delivery schedules.
- Assist the Tendering Department in inviting the designated supplier to bid and recommending the market situation to the Tendering Department.
- Ensure that material delivery time is consistent with the bill of materials at the site.
- Identify and research potential new suppliers and conduct supplier audits on a regular basis to ensure service performance, quality and delivery are as expected.

Assist the Company to implement the integrated management systems.

Solve problems with building materials, including recycling of materials and waste.
- Execution and supervision of subordinates to perform their duties in accordance with the requirements of the company's quality assurance system.
- Any other duties assigned by the Department.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or above.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and self-motivation.
- Excellent Chinese and English report writing skills.
- Strong ability to monitor, analyze and solve problems, attention to details.
- Well organized, motivated, able to work under stress with tight schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
