Liberty Resources is hiring a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community‑based setting. As a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor, you will help ensure high‑quality care, support daily living needs, and assist in supervising staff.
What You’ll Do as a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor
Support residents with daily living skills and individualized goals
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care
Use crisis‑prevention and conflict‑resolution techniques
Assist in supervising direct care staff and daily operations
Share on‑call responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Associate’s + 1 year experienceOR HS diploma + 2 years related experience
Valid driver’s license; ability to transport individuals
Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented
