Job Description

Design, develop, and support scalable MLS solutions within the Paragon platform. Lead technical initiatives, deliver high-quality software, and collaborate across product, architecture, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain MLS applications using .NET, C#, React, and SQL Server.
  • Design APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services.
  • Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical planning.
  • Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Partner with Product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver customer value.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET/Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MLS platforms and real estate technology.
  • Knowledge of RESO standards and MLS data integrations.
  • Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch.
  • Prior technical leadership or mentoring experience.
