Spend less time waiting at docks and more time earning. We are seeking Class A CDL drivers for a high-efficiency Southwest regional lane. This operation is 100% no-touch freight and features a 70% drop & hook ratio to keep your wheels moving and your weekly checks consistent.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly Average: $1,250 - $1,500 (W2 position)
- Mileage Guarantee: You are paid CPM on every single mile—loaded or empty.
- Delay Pay: $20/hour for detention and mechanical breakdowns.

Schedule & Fleet
- Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34–48 hour reset (typically out 5–5.5 days).
- The Trucks: Premium, assigned newer models (Freightliner, Kenworth, International).
- Take-Home: Truck can be taken home during your weekly reset where applicable.
Hiring Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recent verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
- Clean enough MVR/Background to meet DOT requirements (DUI & felony history reviewed case-by-case).
- SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.
