You will work closely with our Italy and UK Sales teams, structuring, negotiating, and accelerating high-value enterprise SaaS agreements. Your role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, responding to legal requests from internal teams, and facilitating the continuous improvement of standard agreements and internal processes. Fluency in Italian is required.
Key missions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts—primarily for software licensing and related services—in collaboration with sales, services, finance, and other business units.
- Respond promptly to legal requests from internal teams across functional groups, effectively communicating legal concepts to business partners with the support of the broader legal team.
