This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and helping clients understand their available options. You’ll work with clients virtually, provide support throughout the process, answer questions, and help identify solutions that fit their needs. Previous industry experience is not required, as training and ongoing support are provided. Responsibilities Speak with clients by phone and video Respond to questions and provide clear, helpful information Review client needs and discuss available options Guide clients through the application and enrollment process Schedule and conduct virtual appointments Follow up with existing and prospective clients Maintain accurate client information and documentation Build positive, long-term client relationships Participate in team training and development sessions What We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals who are: Professional and comfortable communicating with others Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Able to learn new systems and processes Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Focused on providing a positive client experience Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, call centres, or client support is helpful, but not required.
