As a Sales Representative, you’ll connect with prospective clients, learn about their needs, present available benefit solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. The Opportunity This is a fully remote position where you’ll manage client conversations from initial contact through follow-up and enrollment. You’ll receive training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you develop your sales, communication, and client relationship skills. Your Day-to-Day Connect with prospective clients by phone and video Conduct virtual sales appointments Ask questions to understand each client’s needs Present benefit and coverage options in a clear, professional manner Recommend solutions based on individual client situations Answer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process Assist clients with applications and enrollment Follow up with leads and existing clients Maintain organized client records and activity notes Work toward individual and team sales goals Who We’re Looking For You may be a strong fit if you are: Confident and professional when speaking with clients Motivated by goals and performance Comfortable working independently Organized and consistent with follow-up Coachable and willing to learn Able to build trust and rapport quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, recruiting, or client-facing roles is an asset, but not required.
