This role is focused on client communication, needs assessment, enrollment support, and ongoing service. You’ll meet with clients virtually, explain available options, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process from start to finish. What This Role Looks Like Rather than working from a traditional office, you’ll manage your appointments and client conversations remotely. You’ll be responsible for creating a professional experience for each client while helping them understand their options and complete the necessary steps to enroll. Core Responsibilities Conduct virtual appointments with prospective clients Review client needs, priorities, and current coverage Explain available benefit programs in a clear and easy-to-understand way Help clients compare options and make informed decisions Complete enrollment paperwork and digital applications Answer questions regarding coverage and enrollment Follow up with clients when additional information is required Maintain accurate client records and documentation Provide ongoing support after enrollment Participate in regular training and team development What Makes Someone Successful Here We’re looking for individuals who are comfortable working with people and taking ownership of their results. Strong candidates typically have: Clear verbal and written communication skills Confidence speaking with clients one-on-one Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Good organization and time management A professional and dependable work style The ability to work independently from home A willingness to learn and take coaching A goal-oriented mindset Previous experience in customer service sales hospitality retail recruiting call centres client support can be helpful, but is not required.
