Responsibilities
- Work closely with Credit Control Team to improve collection and DSO.
- Deliver analytical support for complex budgeting projects and activities to prepare and evaluate statements necessary for budget control.
- Interpret, analyze and document financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues.
- Analyze issues and suggest enhancements in existing Budgeting processes, systems, techniques and methods.
- Work closely with operation to resolve any customer’s dispute.
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, performance related reporting and relevant financial information to management.
- Analyze business results, cost allocation and profitability and ensure data quality in relevant systems.
- Guide business managers to better interpret financial information and draw conclusions.
- Align with commercial team to align pricing policy.
- Support Business Case Assessment (BCA) as & when needed.
- Work closely with commercial team on any revised selling rates changes in the billing process.
- Preparation, submission and delivery of invoices to customer to timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in ERP / Accounting software; Oracle experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good command of English.
- Willing to work in Senai, Johor Bahru.
