Job Description:
YOU WILL BE: • The Sales Support Assistant, is responsible for creating/maintaining merchandise • organization and administrative day-to-day tasks to support operational excellence and an elevated store environment with the goal of improving the associate and client experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Processes, tracks, and follows up on special orders and repair requests; communicate status to client advisors. • Assists with special events / Made to Measure / truck shows; processes and reconciles necessary invoices and client orders. • Responsible for checking in / receiving new merchandise (includes ticketing, backstock organization) per division requirements. • Per guidance and direction of Group/Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, place product and merchandise in the specified area of the dept • Based on changes in business priorities, complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed • Processes damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks and RTVs. • Complete markdowns; signs and moves product once marked. • Demonstrates operational skills by keeping track of daily reports and SPIFF entries, and checking receipts; ensures department and stockroom controls are being executed WHAT YOU WILL BRING: • Prior retail experience preferred • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Strong attention to detail • Ability to shift focus quickly depending on business objectives • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and ability to have flexibility with competing task • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite preferred • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range $19.16 - $23.95*
Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
