ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.

As an Account Manager, Enterprise Growth you'll be working with some of the most sophisticated revenue and data organizations in the business. There are a handful of companies in the world where an enterprise seller can walk into any room, say the name of what they sell, and immediately command attention. ZoomInfo is one of them.

We are the intelligence layer behind the world's most successful revenue teams — and the context graph that makes AI actually work in go-to-market. Every AI agent needs data to act on. Every automated workflow needs signals to trigger. Every revenue decision needs verified intelligence to be trusted. ZoomInfo is that foundation — the B2B context layer that connects who buyers are, what they care about, and when they're ready to engage.

Good AI requires good data. Great AI requires ZoomInfo.

In a world where every sales team is racing to deploy AI, the ones with the best data underneath it will win. Selling ZoomInfo means selling the unfair advantage that enterprise teams can't afford to go without — a brand that opens doors, a product the market already wants, and a mission that sits at the center of the most important technology shift of our generation.

For an enterprise seller who wants to do the most impactful work of their career — there is no better seat in the market right now.

What You Will Do:

  • Own a book of business of 60-80 enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) — driving expansion, retention, and net new business within your portfolio
  • Drive new business opportunities within existing client organizations via whitespace analysis, account planning, multi-threading, prospecting into net-new business units, isolating new use cases, subsidiary acquisition, and supporting business case proposals and RFPs
  • Develop and execute tactical account penetration strategies — account mapping, stakeholder engagement planning, competitive displacement, and expansion plays within large enterprise organizations
  • Build strong client relationships at every level of the organization — from day-to-day champions to C-Suite executives — ensuring every customer extracts maximum value from ZoomInfo's platform
  • Coach yourself to think like a strategic advisor — connecting ZoomInfo's platform to each customer's GTM vision, business outcomes, and measurable ROI
  • Conduct product demos and work closely with solution consultants and overlays to showcase and demonstrate the value of ZoomInfo's full product suite
  • Manage sophisticated sales processes — coordinating across legal, deal desk, product marketing, and engineering to move complex enterprise deals forward
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across marketing, demand generation, product, customer success, and legal to remove friction and accelerate deals
  • Own forecast management — translating quarterly targets into clear daily and weekly priorities you can execute against

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience, with at least 4 years navigating and selling into complex global enterprises
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and quotas — consistently
  • Experience closing 6-figure+ ACV deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Ability to independently run sales cycles with both above-the-line and below-the-line buyers
  • Consultative selling experience — you lead with business outcomes, not product features
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand different business models and connect ZoomInfo's value to each customer's strategic priorities
  • Excellent presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and influence in a "win as a team" environment
  • A trusted advisor mentality — to both customers and colleagues
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills — ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Nice To Have:

  • Training in at least one key sales methodology (MEDDICC, Sandler, Command of the Message, Gap Selling) and experience implementing it into your sales approach
  • Experience selling across a variety of industries — manufacturing, business services, finance, hospitality, utilities, healthcare, and more
  • Knowledge of the business intelligence market, CRM tools, and the broader GTM tech stack
  • Prior experience in the Software (SaaS), Data, Analytics, or Business Application space

What's In It For You:

  • Top notch tech stack
  • Market leading product offering (check out our long list of G2 awards)
  • ERG (Employee Resource Groups) to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace
  • Benefits to Help You Thrive:
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision

  • 12 weeks Parental Leave for primary and secondary caregivers
