- Partner with business and functional leaders to translate strategic objectives and operational needs into clear data and technology requirements.
- Own and evolve the Enterprise Data Platform roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with platform health, risk, capacity, and long-term business value.
- Lead transparent prioritisation across the domain, making informed trade-offs about which capabilities to build, improve, reuse, modernise, defer, or retire.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, infrastructure, governance, and delivery teams to shape practical and scalable solutions.
- Drive the adoption of data products and platform capabilities, ensuring the business realises measurable value from trusted, governed, and reusable data.
- Promote consistent data definitions, identity services, access models, and reusable reporting and decision-support capabilities across the organisation.
- Build effective partnerships across business and technology teams, ensuring the Enterprise Data Platform continues to support Wiley’s evolving needs.

- Experience with enterprise data platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Master Data Management (MDM), data products, Business Intelligence (BI), analytics platforms, or semantic layer solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, architecture, governance, and commercial functions.
- Strong technical understanding, enabling credible collaboration with engineering teams and informed decision-making on practical, scalable solutions.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams while maintaining clear priorities, accountability, and effective stakeholder partnerships.
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess competing demands against business value, risk, reuse, and capacity.

Preferred Experience
- Experience establishing or maturing product management practices within an enterprise technology environment.
- Demonstrated success consolidating complex and fragmented stakeholder demand into a clear, unified product roadmap.
- A track record of improving data trust, technology adoption, delivery effectiveness, and measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with identity management, data governance, reusable data products, shared definitions, and enterprise access models from a product ownership perspective.
