Operations Processor

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor to perform operational activities that support business efficiency, effective controls, and customer service excellence. In this role, you will work in a collaborative environment, gain exposure to core business operations, and help drive accurate and timely execution of critical processes

In this role, you will:

• Perform routine operational and administrative activities in support of a service centre or department
• Apply developing knowledge of company personnel policies, procedures, and internal operations
• Collect, verify, and organize data to prepare operational reports
• Prepare and submit information for processing through internal systems
• Use established systems, tools, and procedures to complete assigned responsibilities accurately and on time
• Support the coordination and tracking of assigned projects or operational activities
• Provide accurate information to authorized employees and internal partners
• Respond to routine questions about personnel policies and procedures, and escalate matters requiring interpretation or additional guidance

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 1+ years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and maintain operational data
• Experience creating presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Working experience of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar content management platform
• Forms Management (FM) supports our business partners by providing analysis, design, development, and production of paper and electronic forms

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience using analytics tools to monitor performance, analyze trends, and support reporting
• Experience working in a banking, financial services, or highly regulated environment

Job Expectations:

• This role operates in a hybrid work environment, with a combination of in-office and remote work based on business requirements
• The standard working hours for this position are 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
• Candidates should be flexible to adjust work schedules based on business needs, operational priorities, or team requirements
