JOB SUMMARY
As part of the Enterprise Technology Development Program (ETDP), this role participates in a two-year, paid, early-career rotational development program within the Business Operations track. Associates gain hands-on experience across multiple teams while contributing to meaningful business and technology initiatives.
The incumbent serves as a strategic business partner to assigned leadership teams, providing data-driven insights, operational support, and governance oversight to help drive organizational performance. This role analyzes operational data, monitors key business metrics, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, the incumbent translates complex information into actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making and operational excellence. Uses minimal judgement and discretion on projects while leveraging established processes, tools, and governance frameworks to deliver results.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to support planning activities, operational reviews, process improvements, and business initiatives.
- Analyze operational, workforce, financial, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for leadership teams.
- Assist and actively participate on project teams in various project roles, including stakeholder communications and project support activities.
- Research best practices, leading technologies, and emerging industry trends for consideration in design and improvement relating to rotations.
- Monitor operational compliance, data quality, governance standards, and business processes; identify and escalate issues as needed.
- Document processes, maintain operational procedures, and support continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
EXPERIENCE
Required
- Have completed at least one quality internship in a relevant role to this position
- Active in one or more club, volunteerism effort, or other activity outside of the classroom
- Experience with reporting, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations using business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.
- Proven attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and related reporting and collaboration tools.
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Admin, Health Admin or related field
- Graduated from an accredited Bachelor's (or higher) degree program within the last year
- 3.2 or better GPA from their most recently completed degree program (prior to their start date)
