The Role and Impact
As a Statistician, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across projects by applying advanced statistical techniques and methodologies. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth statistical analyses, identifying patterns, and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets. Through dashboards, visualizations, and predictive models, you will empower stakeholders with impactful results that support operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct statistical analyses, including descriptive and inferential methods, multivariate analysis, and regression analysis, to derive conclusions and actionable insights.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Design and implement predictive models and creative analyses to address business objectives and optimize processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate internal and external data, evaluate market opportunities, and refine products or services.
Provide statistical support to projects, consulting with managers and engineers on experimental design and data analysis approaches.
Research and apply new methods in statistics, data science, and machine learning to continuously improve practices.
Drive development and maintenance of Statistical Process Control infrastructure and resolve data integrity issues.
Democratize analytical methods through training and partnership with team members to enhance organizational data capabilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or relevant domain, demonstrated through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training. OR
Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field with no prior professional experience.
Proficiency in statistical software tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, or SAS.
Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, including regression analysis and multivariate methods.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication skills to present data findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with machine learning concepts and algorithms.
