Since 2014, Wiremind has positioned itself as a tech company transforming the world of transport and events with a 360° approach combining UX, software, and AI.
Our expertise lies primarily in optimizing and distributing our clients' capacity. We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.
Today, Wiremind has 170 employees. We are a team of experts driven by engineering excellence and product impact.
Dynamic and ambitious, we strive to maintain our technical DNA, which is the engine of our success. Profitable and self-financed for ten years and now backed by a Series A, the company is mainly composed of engineers and experts and currently supports the growth of our business model based on "software-as-a-service" solutions.
Your missions 🚀
Eventori is our all-in-one ticketing platform built for sports clubs and live entertainment venues. Ticketing, access control, white-label ticket shop, CRM, resale and analytics come in one product. We started with early customers such as Rodez Foot and Monaco Basket. In June 2025 we successfully deployed the solution at the Ligue 1 club SCO Angers, and in 2026 we signed 40+ customers, including popular clubs such as FC Sochaux. Eventori is now entering a new acceleration phase.
You won't just lead the tech: you'll run Eventori. As Head of [Engineering], you will join the Eventori leadership team: a 4-person group with Hugo, Jules and Baptiste that steers the whole vertical. You will have a real seat at the table for every structuring decision, whether it's tech, product, go-to-market or sales. You'll help decide which markets to address, which features to prioritize to win deals, how to price and package the offer, and how to scale the organization.
You will report directly to Charles, Wiremind's CTO and Co-founder. You will take full ownership of the technical vision and execution across both frontend and backend streams. You will also act as a bridge between product, engineering, sales and leadership.
Vertical leadership & strategic decisions
Co-lead the Eventori vertical as one of its 4 leaders, sharing ownership of its growth and results.
Take part in key product, go-to-market and sales decisions, bringing the technical perspective to each one.
Turn business priorities into a realistic technical roadmap, and flag when tech can open new opportunities.
Support sales on strategic deals when technical credibility makes the difference (key accounts, integrations, RFPs).
Technical vision & architecture
Define and maintain a global architecture vision (frontend + backend).
Own key technical decisions: refactoring, scalability, and trade-offs between new features and technical debt.
Improve collaboration across teams by breaking down existing communication silos.
Project & product ownership
Deeply understand the business and product context to make the right implementation choices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to identify the most efficient path to delivery and ensure consistent planning.
Be responsible for technical quality, performance, and maintainability.
Team collaboration & tech leadership
Support and coach the existing technical leads and developers.
Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
Lead by example. Your focus is on coordination and team impact rather than individual contribution, but we still expect around ~70% hands-on coding on the most challenging parts of the codebase.
Technical stack
Backend: Python, SQLAlchemy, Remoulade (in-house task queue), GraphQL APIs
Frontend: Next.js (front office), Angular (back office), TypeScript, D3.js
