About the Role
ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits in support of a leading wireless and connectivity brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a key liaison between the brand and retail store environments, conducting recurring in-store visits to perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience.
Store visits run between 1 - 1.5 hours and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market. This is a highly flexible, supplemental income opportunity, with immediate start dates available upon certification. Success looks like accurate, on-time audits, strong brand visibility, and a well-maintained presence across your assigned retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Audits & Quality Control
Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
Visit Execution
Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
Display & Merchandising Fixes
Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
Technology & Reporting
Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
Qualifications
- Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
- Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
- Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
- Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 13.0+).
- Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
- Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting pay of $24 per hour, based on relevant experience and market conditions.
- Additional travel incentive added to every store visit.
