• Track, monitor and report on progress of key strategic projects, ensuring full alignment with business goals, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Identify project risks, issues and dependencies; proactively escalate concerns and propose mitigation plans.
• Drive communication and alignment between local teams and global stakeholders.
• Support annual business planning, resource allocation and workforce capacity planning.
• Compile regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support the development and ongoing improvement of PMO standards, processes, templates and governance frameworks across APAC.
