Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to join our team. The GVI Sales Analyst will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies by forecasting demand, providing sales support, analyzing sales data, monitoring sales bids, onboarding customers, and resolving issues related to sales orders. This position requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and sales metrics to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization and team.


Key Responsibilities:
1.        Demand Forecasting:

o        Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer inputs to forecast future demand accurately.
o        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine forecasting models and improve accuracy.
o        Support weekly forecasting and reporting to meet deliverables.
2.        Sales Support:
o        Assist the sales team with data-driven insights to support sales strategies and decision-making.
o        Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics and trends by customer.
o        Assist in creating promotional offers by providing analytical insights
3.        Sales Analytics:
o        Develop and maintain historical sales results to track sales performance and KPIs by category and customer.
4.        Sales Bids Monitoring:
o        Assist by monitoring and tracking the progress of sales bids, ensuring timely submission and compliance with requirements from customers.
o        Analyze bid performance and provide recommendations for future bids to internal teams.
5.        Customer Onboarding:
o        Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with sales goals.
o        Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to address any onboarding challenges.
6.        Sales Order Issues:
o        Identify and assist internal teams and customers as needed to resolve issues related to sales orders, including discrepancies, delays, and customer complaints.
o        Work closely with the GVI Operations team to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction are attained.
7.        Collaboration with Internal Teams:
o        Work with various groups across the organization, including Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Product Management, Sales, SEA SCM team, and HQ RPM team as needed.
o        Support collaborative processes by managing and improving system-based tools.
8.        Financial Planning Support:
o        Support financial planning processes related to the sales team, including analysis, reporting, and data entry (monthly forecast cycle).
o        Perform volume and revenue simulations of promotional costs and business impact.


Qualifications:
•        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
•         3+ years proven experience in sales analysis, demand forecasting, or a similar role.
•        Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
•        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:
•        Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems.
•        Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and market trends.
•        Advanced skills in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

Pay Range: $47/hr ~$49/hr
