Job ResponsibilitiesHandle operations, customs declaration and bill of lading cargo release for import and export goods in Mexico.Be familiar with import and export business workflows for sea freight, air freight, special containers and breakbulk vessels.Be proficient in recording receivable charges, analyzing and confirming payable charges to carriers.Cooperate with the customer service team to provide local order support and complete system data maintenance.Undertake other customer service tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.Job RequirementsAssociate diploma or above; majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.Minimum 1 years of customer service experience in international ocean freight forwarding; familiar with local import/export procedures and customs declaration in Mexico.Eligible to work in Mexico without restrictions.Fluent in Spanish, with conversational English proficiency for daily communication.Result-oriented, self-motivated, with strong customer service awareness and ability to work under pressure.
