About the role
We’re hiring a Paid Social Media Specialist to build the next generation of WALLHACK’s paid growth engine.
You will own how we acquire and scale customers through content-driven paid channels across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube, operating across Japan, Korea, the US and Europe.
This is not a role where you inherit a finished playbook.
We want you to challenge what we do today, find what works better, open new channels and build the systems that allow us to scale faster.
You’ll need to understand why performance differs across markets - from the platforms and creators to the content and culture. You will also work with our China team to identify ideas and tactics that can transfer globally.
Creative is at the centre of the role. You’ll work closely with our Creative team, Social Team Lead and creators to build a high-velocity testing engine, amplify winning content, creator content through whitelisting and partnerships, and continuously turn performance data into the next generation of creative.
If you want ownership, real budgets, multiple markets (US, JP, KR, EU) and the opportunity to build rather than maintain, this is the role.
What you'll own
Paid Social Performance & Scaling
Set up, manage, analyse and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube
Monitor performance and make informed decisions on budgets, audiences, placements, creative and scaling
Build channel-specific approaches for both always-on acquisition and high-intensity product/IP drops
Identify and validate new content-led paid channels that can become meaningful growth drivers
Adapt channel, creative and scaling approaches to local market dynamics
Scale winners while maintaining disciplined CAC/ROAS and commercial economics
Creative Testing & Performance Content
Build a high-velocity creative testing system with our in-house Creative team looking at hooks, concepts, formats, creators, audiences and offers
Run creator whitelisting, TikTok Spark Ads and YouTube Creator Partnerships to scale winning creator content
Set up in-depth creative analysis using tools such as Mention or Foreplay, converting performance data into briefs and next-test recommendations
Work closely with Content, Social and creators to turn strong organic content into paid opportunities
Identify creative fatigue early and maintain a strong pipeline of new tests
Develop a repeatable test → learn → iterate → scale operating rhythm
Performance Analysis & Tracking
Understand why performance moves - not simply report what happened
Analyse CAC/CPA, ROAS, CVR, AOV and other relevant funnel and creative metrics
Maintain strong tracking hygiene across pixels, UTMs, platform signals and attribution
Diagnose performance across the journey from ad → traffic → landing page → conversion
Produce clear recommendations on what worked, what failed and what should happen next
Cross-functional Growth
Partner with Ecommerce on landing-page performance, CRO and traffic quality
Work with Social and Content Production to align creative supply with paid testing needs
Support launches with clear paid-media plans and rapid scaling strategies
Feed paid-media learnings back into the wider Marketing team so successful insights compound across channels
Who we’re looking for
You are fundamentally a builder and operator. You’re happy inside Ads Manager analysing campaigns, but you also want to understand why a piece of content works and what WALLHACK should test next.
You likely have 3–5 years of hands-on experience from a D2C brand, agency, high-growth ecommerce company or similar environment.
You should bring:
Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Tiktok Ads Managers
Experience launching and managing campaigns on at least one additional content-driven platform such as TikTok, Reddit or YouTube
Experience with Spark Ads, creator whitelisting, or UGC production.
Strong understanding of paid social campaign architecture, bidding, audiences and scaling
Excellent analytical ability and fluency in performance metrics such as CAC/CPA, ROAS, CVR and AOV
Strong creative instincts - you understand hooks, UGC, short-form content, formats and why people stop scrolling
Experience building and evaluating structured creative tests
Working understanding of pixels, UTMs, attribution and tracking QA
Ability to turn data into clear decisions rather than simply producing reports
Strong ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information
