The Programme and Capability Development team serves as the resource, content and capability development unit within the Tripartite Alliance for Fair & Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP). The successful applicant will create content and programmes to engage employers to support them in the implementation of fair and progressive employment practices.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop resources such as articles, tool kits, e-learning modules and publications;
Conduct desktop research to analyse employment trends and update employment practices;
Design polls, surveys and engage partners on research projects;
Organise/support employer engagement programmes such as events, biennial Awards and conferences.

Job Requirements

Good written and communication skills to articulate key messages to target audience and stakeholders.
Resourceful, able to multi-task and work independently. Experience in project management an advantage.
Strong competency in MS Office software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
IHRP certification/exposure to HR/employment issues such as workforce planning and development, employee engagement and other related areas preferred.
