Description:

Coordinates the collection, loading of and access to the knowledge management database using content management protocols. Accomplishes records management work by orienting, training, assigning, and coaching employees.

Ensures the integrity of the knowledge management database by partnering with content owners/knowledge managers to populate and maintain the knowledge base.

Responds to requests for information to support professionals’ use of research, data, online resources, networks and communities for client work.

Participates on internal teams with professionals as requested to provide guidance on technical and operational knowledge sharing best practices.

Gathers departmental metrics and feedback and prepares communications in order to effectively disseminate departmental performance.

Evaluates knowledge management content according to department work flow standards ensuring a high degree of accuracy and adherence to department formatting standards.

Assists with on-boarding new hires and knowledge sharing training activities to ensure that new hires have the appropriate training and technical knowledge on the knowledge management systems.

Works on special projects as directed by leadership to enhance the knowledge management application.

Prepares knowledge management activity and utilization reporting.
