Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.
  • Analyze inventory transactions, stock movement, and inventory trends to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate inventory variances and determine root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory performance reports and KPIs.
  • Support inbound, outbound, and returns operations to ensure inventory integrity across all processes.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and IT teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Monitor aging inventory, slow-moving stocks, and potential stock losses.
  • Participate in customer inventory reviews and provide analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with DHL Supply Chain inventory control procedures and customer requirements.
  • Support implementation of process improvements and inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Assist during internal, external, and customer audits.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, or inventory planning tools.
  • Experience in cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory auditing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Active WMS, JDA, Manhattan, or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned and work on-site in San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center.
  • Willing to conduct physical inventory verification and warehouse floor audits.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Flexible to support peak-season activities and inventory counts during weekends or holidays as needed.
