Responsibilities

Supervise receiving, unloading, checking, and put-away activities to ensure inventory accuracy and timely processing.
Ensure compliance with inbound schedules and customer service requirements.
Monitor receiving discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory variances, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate with Inventory and Customer Service teams regarding inventory and system-related concerns.
Ensure proper storage and adherence to warehouse standards.

Supervise order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities.
Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and shipped within agreed service levels.
Monitor daily dispatch plans and coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Address operational issues that may impact fulfillment performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure outbound documentation and system transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve operational objectives.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings, shift briefings, and performance reviews.
Monitor productivity, attendance, discipline, and overall team performance.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively based on operational workload.
Promote employee engagement and teamwork within the operation.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and service level compliance.
Drive process improvements and support Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer requirements.
Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits as required.

Ensure strict compliance with DHL Safety, Health, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) standards.
Conduct regular workplace inspections and promote safe work practices.
Immediately report and investigate operational incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
Ensure proper use of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and adherence to operational safety procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in warehouse operations.
Experience handling inbound and outbound processes in a distribution center environment is preferred.

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Davao Regional Distribution Center.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
Physically capable of supporting warehouse floor operations and conducting operational inspections.
