Core Job Responsibilities: • Design & Implementation - Drive technical projects to design, develop, implement, and migrate PAM solutions leveraging BeyondTrust technologies and other tools as required to meet enterprise security requirements, including enterprise-scale onboarding and migration initiatives. • Platform Support & Operations - Provide ongoing operational support for existing PAM platforms, including fulfilling service requests, troubleshooting incidents, documenting changes, and facilitating change management processes. • Issue Identification & Avoidance - Proactively identify patterns and recurring issues within a highly complex, interconnected environment, implementing durable solutions that prevent re‑occurrence, reduce operational risk, and improve long‑term platform stability. • Security Advocacy & Education - Evangelize security policies, standards, and guidelines across the organization. Develop or contribute to reference materials that help business teams understand identity and PAM strategies. • Modernization & Technical Debt Reduction - Identify and drive opportunities to reduce technical debt within the PAM ecosystem as part of a continuous modernization and optimization initiative. • Transition & Operational Readiness - Ensure smooth transition of project deliverables into operational support teams, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and validation of support readiness. • Migration & Onboarding Initiatives - Participate in and lead PAM-related projects, including large-scale migration efforts and bulk onboarding activities into BeyondTrust Password Safe. Partner with application, infrastructure, and business teams to assess onboarding requirements, coordinate migration plans, execute onboarding activities, validate successful onboarding outcomes, and ensure adherence to security, operational, and compliance standards

Minimum Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/ Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field • Advanced degree/ relevant professional certification preferred • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and operating enterprise solutions or related /similar environments. • Deep understanding of Identity security, access governance, and lifecycle management. • Experience with coding/scripting (e.g. Python, PowerShell) and building integrations using APIs. Preferred Experience: • Practical expertise delivering core PAM capabilities at scale – password rotation, privileged session management, cloud secrets management across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, Active Directory, network devices, databases, and cloud) using industry PAM solution leaders such as BeyondTrust (preferred) or Cyberark • Proven integrations with Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, SSO/MFA, SIEM, ITSM, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), including RBAC and approval workflow design. • Experience planning and executing large-scale privileged account onboarding, platform migrations, and credential discovery activities within enterprise PAM solutions such as BeyondTrust Password Safe or CyberArk. • Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in an FDA-regulated business (e.g. validated software related to medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences products) is preferred • Support business and technology strategy and planning by leveraging knowledge in both technical and business areas. • Assess issues/problem encountered and recommend an appropriate solution. • Able to interpret vision and strategy to better help adoption of best practices. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $105.00/hr.
