We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide centralized technical support for end users across the organization. This role serves as a primary point of contact for technology-related issues, delivering both remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and communication systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. This position supports day-to-day technical operations, including device deployment, inventory management, system setup, and end-user assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support through phone, email, ticketing systems, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and communication-related issues.
- Receive, track, and process service requests and incident reports.
- Support computer setup, deployment, configuration, and refresh activities.
- Assist with asset tracking and inventory management of technology equipment.
- Coordinate device ordering, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Deliver technical support for employees and business units across the organization.
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate and document resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

Qualifications
Required

Preferred

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
