• Responsible for achieving sales and service performance targets.
• Provide professional facial treatments and excellent customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain customer-focused under pressure.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Weekday off according to the work schedule.
• Willing to work under the supervision of the Shop Manager.
• Possess good customer service skills and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and at ease.
• Be attentive and sensitive to clients’ needs and preferences.
• Possess good hand skills for performing facial treatments.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to explain treatments clearly.
