About the Role

We are looking for a unattended manufacturing and automation leader to drive the deployment and scale-up of smart manufacturing solutions across our global operations.

In this role, you will lead initiatives focused on automation, Industry 4.0, and autonomous manufacturing, working closely with manufacturing sites, engineering teams, and technology partners to improve productivity, quality, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of smart manufacturing and automation solutions.
Drive the scale-up of proven technologies across manufacturing sites and business units.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency through automation.
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to deliver transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with external technology providers and automation partners.
Influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Significant experience in manufacturing, engineering, automation, or operational excellence environments.
Proven experience leading automation, manufacturing transformation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and automation technologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across multiple sites, regions, or global organizations.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
