Telesales Representative
Location: Onsite with Hybrid Opportunity After Training
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20-$24/hour (Based on Experience)
Employment Type: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire
About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing marketing and advertising organization that partners with nationally recognized brands to support advertising and promotional campaigns. They are seeking motivated Telesales Representatives to join their team and help connect businesses with advertising partnership opportunities.
This is a high-volume outbound calling role ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to businesses across the United States.
- Introduce and explain advertising partnership opportunities to business owners and decision-makers.
- Build rapport quickly and professionally handle questions or objections.
- Secure participation agreements and meet daily performance goals.
- Follow up with existing partners and prospective businesses.
- Accurately document call activity and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while working independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, call center, customer service, inside sales, or collections.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently navigate objections and rejection.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Recent high-volume outbound calling experience.
Training & Development
- 2-3 days of structured onboarding and call shadowing.
- Hands-on training before taking calls independently.
- Ongoing coaching and support from experienced team leads.
- Regular feedback and professional development opportunities.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
