What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Data Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing patient information and supporting healthcare providers through accurate data processing.

🔹 Enter and update patient information across multiple systems

🔹 Navigate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms

🔹 Retrieve, validate, and process Protected Health Information (PHI)

🔹 Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity goals

🔹 Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality

🔹 Support process improvement initiatives

🔹 Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

This is a Contract position based out of Somerville, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
