A Cribl SME is the principal engineer for telemetry and observability pipelines, combining data engineering, platform engineering, security, governance, and AIOps expertise to ensure the right data reaches the right tool at the right time and cost.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should have experience in observability, AIOps, event correlation, monitoring, automation, analytics, and enterprise IT operations, preferably within large-scale, mission-critical environments. They also have a strong knowledge on how these tools interconnect to other platforms, how to size the connection pipes between systems and maintain the hardware or services that support them.
o Demonstrated success in similar observability or NOC environments.
o Strong foundational skills in monitoring, operations, network engineering, systems engineering, or observability.
o Ability to quickly learn and become productive on the target platforms.
o Experience with related platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic, Datadog, ServiceNow Event Management, SolarWinds, Prometheus, or Open Telemetry is desirable.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
