EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
Other: Completion of a training program for phlebotomist.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
CPTI-Certified Phlebotomy Technician I
CPTII-Certified Phlebotomy Technician II
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
6 months work experience in Phlebotomy
Prior EKG experience.

Pay Range is $36.99 to $46.19 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
