What We're Looking For Required Qualifications • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment. • Experience leading production teams in a fabrication environment. • Strong understanding of welding, fitting, and metal fabrication processes. • Knowledge of MIG and Flux-Core welding processes. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing specifications. • Proven ability to achieve production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. • Experience managing employee performance, attendance, accountability, and corrective action. • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supervising welders, fitters, and fabrication personnel. • Experience in tank fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, structural steel, or similar heavy manufacturing environments. Work Environment • Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, welding operations, noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures. • Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). • Regular presence on the production floor to support employees, resolve issues, and ensure production goals are achieved. • Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and production demands.
