Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinic Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care within a busy clinical setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment for diverse patient populations. Your expertise will support diagnostic procedures, chronic disease management, acute care, and health education initiatives. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history collection, and physical examinations to determine patient needs and prioritize care. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and immunizations. Assist with diagnostic procedures such as laboratory specimen collection, phlebotomy, catheterization, and imaging preparations like sonography or mammography. Manage patient care plans by coordinating with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment delivery. Maintain detailed medical documentation within electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and accurate coding using ICD-10/ICD-9 standards. Provide patient education on health management strategies, including chronic disease control, medication adherence, nutrition, and post-discharge care. Respond effectively to urgent situations such as acute pain episodes or trauma cases by utilizing critical care techniques and airway management skills. Skills Proven experience working with diverse patient populations across settings such as primary care, emergency medicine, ICU, long-term care, or hospice & palliative medicine. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for medical documentation and coding accuracy. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, aseptic techniques, and infection control protocols. Skilled in performing advanced nursing procedures including suturing, tube feeding management, ventilator support, and ostomy care. Experience with specialized treatments such as botulinum toxin injections or esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Ability to handle complex cases involving trauma medicine, infectious disease care, geriatrics including memory care and behavioral health needs. Critical thinking skills complemented by hands-on experience in triage, acute pain management, case management, and discharge planning.
