Kafka Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka in development and integration projects.
Data Integration: Proven experience in building and implementing data pipelines and integration solutions for complex data platform environments.
Coordination: Experience acting as a bridge between onshore and nearshore teams, ideally with coordination or workstream responsibility.
Language Skills: Very good English skills (C1 level) are required. Good German skills are needed to communicate effectively with customers and nearshore coordinators.
Industry Experience: Experience in financial services or regulated environments is beneficial.
Mobility: Occasional trips to Germany will be required for team and project meetings.
