Your profile:
- 4+ years of professional experience in Java development,
- strong experience with Java, including Java version upgrades and migration from Java 8 to newer versions,
- hands-on experience with Spring and Tomcat,
- practical experience with jOOQ,
- experience with Java Server Faces (JSF) and PrimeFaces,
- experience working with MS SQL,
- experience developing and consuming REST APIs,
- familiarity with GitHub repositories, CI processes, and code reviews,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- good command of English (min. B2).
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
- familiarity with Kafka, Apache Storm, and KSQL,
- experience with asynchronous communication and event-driven architectures,
- familiarity with SOAP,
- basic knowledge of AWS, particularly services such as S3,
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices, such as agent-based workflows, automation patterns, or AI-augmented development.
