• Track record in developing solutions around build tools, maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, or optimising SDLC processes
• Expertise in Bazel (preferred) or other build tools
• Interest in build systems, SDLC, and developer tooling in general
• Proficiency in at least one software ecosystem (JVM, Rust, Go, TypeScript, C++ or similar)
• Excellent communication skills combined with a pragmatic approach to technical problem-solving
• Proactive approach to blocker resolution and collaborative technical alignment
• High autonomy in task execution and output delivery
• Public speaking, technical blogging, and community engagement experience are significant assets, alongside strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities
