For preventative maintenance activities, technicians and engineers follow digital checklists that guide and verify that the maintenance is done correctly. However, due to wide variety of products, checklists tend to vary as well as capabilities. This project focuses on reviewing, redesigning, and optimizing digital checklist systems used across operations to improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The intern will map current checklist workflows, identify gaps and redundancies, and propose data-driven improvements. The intern will collaborate with operations teams to pilot revised checklists, track performance metrics, and document best practices for sustainable adoption

Desired Skills Required:
Knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysis; Familiarity with industrial engineering methodologies; Data analysis skills to evaluate checklist completion rates and error trends; Strong attention to detail and structured thinking; Good communication and documentation skills. Independent thinking.
Learning Outcome:
The intern will gain practical experience in process improvement methodologies and digital transformation within an operational setting. They will develop skills in stakeholder engagement, data collection, and analysis, and will learn how to translate process insights into actionable recommendations. Exposure to lean principles and continuous improvement culture in a real industrial environment.
