Specific Skills

·  Typically studying for a HR Diploma / Certificate or degree.
·  Is new to HR and/or business
·  Assists with a range of HR tasks and admin for recruitment, work cover WHS, HRIS, L&D admin
·  May have up to 1 year experience

Communication / Interpersonal
.   Sound verbal/written communication skills
·   Ability to produce reports and other documents using standard systems or templates
·   Escalates enquires to appropriate team members

Planning / Organising
·  Ability to assist with routine tasks
·  Coordinates basic reporting as requested

Analysis / Problem Solving / Innovation
·  Escalates issues as appropriate
·  Performs basic administration of HR information
·  Takes an interest in learning policy application
