Job Description
Register and update patient information.
Perform cashier duties per Standard Operating Procedures, including checking Medisave balances and attaching signed authorizations to HIS.
Address queries about doctors’ fees or hospital bills during discharge.
Respond to patient requests from letters, fax, and email. Handle general inquiries, referring complex issues to senior staff.
Follow up on incomplete admissions/discharges.
Manage bed and operating theatre bookings after hours/weekends/public holidays.
Enter maternity patient bio-data from pre-registration forms.
Answer calls from patients, clinics, and organizations, providing non-clinical advice and information.
Escort patients to locations when porters are unavailable, provide wheelchairs as needed.
Address customer feedback and inform the Patient Service Executive/Manager.
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or higher qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a hospital environment.
Possesses a pleasant personality and is service-oriented.
Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team player.
Able to work rotating shifts or permanent night shift, including public holidays & weekends
