Join Trustpair, an automated vendor validation platform that protects enterprise companies from vendor fraud. As the Head of Fraud Operations, you will lead and scale the global Fraud Operations function, strengthen Trustpair's fraud expertise, and manage external and cross-functional partnerships. This is a hands-on strategic role based in Paris, requiring at least 7 years of operations experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
Key missions
- Lead and scale Trustpair’s global Fraud Operations function while maintaining excellent service quality, security, processing speed, and cost efficiency.
- Transform frontline fraud knowledge, proprietary data, and industry insight into stronger fraud-detection expertise and inputs for Trustpair’s ML and AI models.
- Build a high-performing, transparent, and continuously improving team that strengthens both client trust and Trustpair’s product advantage.
