• Hands on working experience in working in an Agile environment (Kanban framework is specifically used)
• Requirement engineering for complex projects
• Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business facing IT environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with both business users and IT development team on various seniority levels
• Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope
• Ability to escalate risks, issues and dependencies to Project Management
• A delivery-orientated approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects at all times
